Terms And Conditions

Once an order has been Checked and agreed in Writing Letter or by Email/Whats-App by the customer. After Confirmation, the customer is obliged to accept delivery pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order. Title of the goods remains with Waliya Khurasan Industry Instruments. Until payment is made in full.

All orders below 2000 USD/Euro, plus VAT will require 100% payment with the order confirmation before production begins. Trade credit terms are available by separate negotiation. On orders over 2000 USD/Euro Waliya Khurasan Industry Instruments will accept a non-refundable deposit of 70% with an order confirmation before production begins. The remaining 30% balance is to be paid and cleared before dispatch. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders to the 5-to-6-week target, this is a target and due to seasonal trends, this can be extended at any time even after an order has been confirmed, the target is not guaranteed and not contractual.

If Waliya Khurasan Industry Instruments has failed to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or the product is faulty. We will happily exchange the product. The goods must be retained in unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by the customer.

Through confirmation of this order, you have full permission for the use of any logos and accept full responsibility for any subsequent actions taken by parties associated with said logos.

We explain how WALIYA KHURASAN INDUSTRY uses any information you provide us and the methods in which we protect your privacy.

We have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from your side. We use up-to-date technologies to provide safeguard to any sensitive data and encryption software to protect any details you submit and keep very strict security patterns to prevent any unauthorized access to it. We will never pass on your details to any third parties and we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We gather information about you and your company for 2 reasons to process your order and provide you best services.

We will never get sensitive information about you without mutual understanding. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. Shipping:

WALIYA KHURASAN INDUSTRY Agreement and arrangement made by E-Mail/WhatsApp with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Quotation & acceptance of orders are always without obligation. Deviations in the orders placed by the purchaser from our terms of delivery and payment shall not be binding for us if we have not expressed our consent in writing. We shall be permitted expressly and in all cases to correct eventual errors in offers and invoices at a later point in time.

About Shipment, the goods shall always, regardless of route and transportation means, be shipped to the place of destination at the risk of the purchaser. Shipping charges, if not accruing to us in the case of freight paid FOB and C&F deliveries and also be depend on the shipper choice of cargo services, shall be borne by the purchaser unless, due to statutory regulations, the seller must bear traffic duties alone. Each product packed in polybag or as customer required than according to international Carton Size Specified to Shipping Country and Customer requirements.

As we manufacture all items on specifically ordered for your choice so they can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

WALIYA KHURASAN INDUSTRY, quality team checked each instrument properly before packing, either we will accept returns and issue full credit on next order. We always welcome our customers, who got damage in shipping process. Please contact our customer service team via phone-call or e-mail to receive your return.

Delivery of Goods:

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when you pay for the products. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.  All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items:

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.

Note: All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
